ZoeLux Events provides event planning, design direction, and production services. Service scope, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal and client agreement.
Proposals, Deposits, and Payment
Proposals are estimates based on current information and may change as scope evolves. If you engage our services, deposits and payment schedules will be outlined in your agreement.
Scheduling and Availability
Dates are not reserved until a signed agreement and required deposit are received. Availability may change at any time prior to confirmation.
Cancellations and Changes
Event schedules and vendor availability can change. Policies for rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds (if applicable) are defined in the client agreement.
Third-Party Vendors
We may recommend third-party venues and vendors. Unless otherwise stated in writing, ZoeLux Events is not responsible for third-party services, performance, or products.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, imagery, and branding, is the property of ZoeLux Events and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
